I am sorry
Very often we use this word "sorry".Most of the times this word comes out of the mouth (not the heart) spontaneously as if "sorry" has become a culture or to some extent a fashion .If it is an expression if filling sorry, it is o.k..,otherwise it is simply a meaningless word .Have you ever thought the role of this word? Your speeding car bumps into some one.He starts bleeding and and fractures his leg.Now even your ten thousand "sorry"s are. of no use to the poor victim. They won't mitigate his pains and sufferings.
Now a days it is a common sight that people do some wrong, speak sorry and without thinking for a moment, part away. For them "sorry" is nothing but a formality.
Actually "sorry" should be a feeling of remorse, repentance, and to some extent guilt.

Yes I fully agree, the word sorry should come from heart.
ReplyDeleteTrue words...even I use the word SORRY several times a day but I never thought so deeply
ReplyDeleteTotally agree..."No Sorry" is better than a "Pretentious Sorry"...A sorry is worth only if its a feeling and not just another dictionary word..
